VCon Lite License
End User License and Agreement
License
Clixint Technologies grants you a non-exclusive license to use
VCon Lite on one installation to be accessable by one computer,
which is non-transferable, if you wish to install VCon Lite
on another computer, you may buy another copy, or buy a multiple
computer llicense.
Terms
VCon Lite comes with a lifetime licensing. However you will
only get updates for the first year, to continue getting support
and updates you will have to pay yearly after the first year
(if interested). The software will remain completely functional
but will be unsupported and no upgrades will be made available.
You are allowed to :
- Use this on your computer (depending the the number of
licenses you have purchased).
- produce and distribute usage tips, instructions, tutorials.
You are not allowed
- distribute the software
- permit others to use/modify software
- reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works
based on the software for distribution or usage outside
your web site.
- use the software in such as way as to promote/encourage
terrorism, or provide pirated software, or any other form
of illegal activity.
- to provide / sub-license our software to third parties.
- use the software in such as way as to promote/encourage

- distribute individual copies of files, or other material
provided with the software package.
Disclaimer of warranty
The software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty
of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software
is borne by you. The security mechanisms implemented by Flaxweb
Software have inherent limitations, and you must determine that
the software sufficiently meets your requirements.
Termination of License
This Agreement will terminate automatically upon failure to
comply with the limitations described herein. On termination,
you you are not allowed to use any copies of our software. Termination
of the license due to noncompliance will not result in any refunds
of license fees.
Clixint Technologies reserves the right to change/modify
terms without any prior notice
